  • We've tried all the other themes that support docking, and none of them have the same issue.Īny suggestions on how to fix this or on where I should be looking?! I appreciate that Fadeback wasn’t designed specifically for Moodle 2.3, but I’d love to get this solved.
  • The problem does not occur in Moodle 2.2.
  • Just before the navigation menu closes, it seems to flick quickly to the left rather than just close.
  • Docking another block after the problem has occurred seems to “reset” the docking bar so it can function again…until the mouse hovers over the Navigation block, and then none of them respond to the mouse.
  • (We prefer our block ordering so the Navigation block is always at the top.)
  • The problem seems to occur only if the Navigation block is at the top of the docked blocks, but not if there are other docked blocks above it.
  • The problem occurs on Firefox, Chrome and Safari, but not on Internet Explorer 9.
  • Hover the mouse pointer over the docked Navigation block (Navigation menu does not appear and the Undock button no-longer works).
  • Move the mouse pointer away (Navigation menu closes).
  • Hover the mouse pointer over the docked Navigation block (Navigation menu appears).
  • With the Fadeback theme active, and no other blocks docked, dock the Navigation block.
  • Docking the Navigation block and hovering the mouse pointer over it renders the docking bar inoperative for future mouse events. I’ve run into a small issue with the Fadeback theme running on Moodle 2.3.
